Dragos Apostu

I'm a trainer and learning designer with over 15 years of experience helping people learn better, think sharper, and grow sustainably. My work blends academic depth with real-world practice—from lecture halls to corporate learning rooms.

For nearly a decade, I taught management and digital communication at the University of Bucharest. I hold a Ph.D. in Administrative Sciences from the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA), where I researched how public institutions learn and adapt.

Today, I design and lead global learning programs at UiPath and run Nectara, a training and consulting company focused on personal resilience, time management, and sustainable performance. I also collaborate with universities, NGOs, and mission-driven organizations to make learning more human, relevant, and effective.

Whether I’m creating a course or leading a workshop, I bring the same focus: helping people do meaningful work—with less stress and more clarity.
